This website is operated by Abdelhak under the BizScale name, based in Marrakech, Morocco. These terms describe the conditions for using the website and requesting information about my services.
A client project has its own agreed scope and commercial terms. These website terms do not replace a project agreement. If they conflict, the project agreement governs that project, subject to applicable law.
02Using the website
You may use this website to learn about BizScale and make genuine business enquiries. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or impersonate someone else. Provide accurate contact details when requesting a call.
03The free audit
An audit call is free and carries no obligation to purchase. It is a discussion of your business needs and possible automation opportunities. Booking or attending a call does not create a paid project or guarantee that a particular integration, outcome, or implementation will be available.
04Projects and payment
BizScale’s pay-after-live offer means you do not pay for the system until it is built, tested, and running. The project scope, how readiness is confirmed, price, ongoing support, and any recurring fees should be agreed in writing for your project.
Third-party tools can have their own subscriptions or usage charges. Responsibility for those costs should be agreed before they are incurred. These terms do not authorise additional charges or create an automatic subscription.
Cancellation, changes to scope, refunds, and handover arrangements are addressed in the project agreement. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
05Working together
A project may require timely access to your tools, accurate business information, and your review of the system. You are responsible for having permission to share data and connect accounts, and for approving the messages, processes, and business rules used in your system. Any customer data processing arrangements should be agreed before customer data is connected.
06Automation and results
Examples on the website illustrate possible uses of automation. Results vary with your business, processes, data quality, and the services connected. Website statements are not a promise of a particular revenue increase, booking count, or reduction in costs.
AI and automation can produce errors and can be affected by third-party outages or changes. Appropriate testing, review, and human oversight should be part of the agreed setup, especially for sensitive or consequential decisions.
07Content and third-party services
BizScale website content, branding, and design are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share links to the website. Reusing its content or branding commercially requires permission unless the law allows it. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are addressed in the project agreement.
External links and embedded services, including scheduling, are operated by their respective providers and have their own terms. Their availability and content are outside my control.
08Availability and responsibility
I aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation. Responsibility for a paid project is addressed in its agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
09Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this website or a discussion about services, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved directly is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. A project agreement may set its own governing law and venue for that project; where it does, the project agreement controls for that project.
10Privacy, questions, and changes
The Privacy Policy explains how website and enquiry information is handled. If a concern arises about the website or a project, contact me so we can try to resolve it directly. Your right to use available legal remedies is unaffected.
These website terms may be updated, with the latest revision date shown above. Updates do not change an existing project agreement unless separately agreed.
