By accessing our website or engaging our AI consulting and automation services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or entering into any service agreement with us.

1. Services Provided

  • BizScale.io provides AI consulting, automation strategy, and custom AI system development for businesses and clinics.
    Services may include workflow automation, AI agent setup, CRM integrations, and related solutions tailored to client needs.

    Service specifics, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual proposals or contracts agreed upon with each client.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Clients are required to pay a setup fee and an ongoing monthly retainer, the amount of which depends on the complexity and scope of the project.

    Once a client agrees to proceed, we will issue a payment link or invoice.
    Payment confirms acceptance of the proposal and these Terms.

    Guarantee Period : 

    All projects include a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If the client is not satisfied within this period, BizScale may offer adjustments, credits, or refunds at our discretion.

    Ongoing monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • BizScale develops custom AI systems, automations, and integrations based on each client’s needs.
    Ownership of the final system depends on the individual agreement:

    • Some clients own the system outright upon full payment.

    • Others license or use the system as part of an ongoing service under our management.

    All intellectual property, tools, and frameworks created or used by BizScale prior to or during the engagement remain the exclusive property of BizScale unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, system access (if required), and timely feedback to ensure smooth project delivery.

    BizScale is not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by missing information, inaccessible systems, or third-party integrations beyond our control.

5. Data Privacy and Security

  • BizScale does not directly access, store, or process client customer data unless explicitly required for system configuration.
    In such cases, we ensure all reasonable technical and organizational measures are taken to maintain confidentiality and security.

    Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws when using BizScale systems or automations.

6. Liability and Warranty

  • BizScale’s services are provided on a best-effort basis.
    We guarantee the functionality of systems we develop but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, as performance may depend on third-party tools and APIs.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • BizScale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to revenue loss, downtime, or business interruption.

    • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the service in question.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the engagement.
    This includes business processes, data, strategies, and proprietary technology.

    Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the termination of the agreement.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
    In the event of termination:

    • The client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

    • Access to BizScale-managed systems may be suspended or removed once services end.

9. Website Use

  • By accessing BizScale.io, you agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and not engage in any activity that may harm the site, its users, or its content.
    All text, visuals, and content on BizScale.io are the intellectual property of Pearl Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
    Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.

  • We may update or revise these Terms periodically.
