BizScale is an AI automation business run by Abdelhak, based in Marrakech, Morocco. This policy explains how I handle personal information connected with this website, enquiries, and audit bookings. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
Data processed inside a client’s automation system is covered by the arrangements for that project and the client’s own privacy notice. This website policy does not replace those arrangements.
02Information collected
When you contact me or book an audit, you may provide your name, email address, business details, appointment preferences, and anything you include in your message or booking answers. Required booking fields are identified in the scheduling form; without them, the booking may not be completed.
Website and scheduling providers may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages requested, and access times. If enabled, analytics and advertising tools may collect information about visits and interactions.
Please do not include patient records, payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive customer information in an enquiry or audit booking.
03How information is used
I use enquiry and booking information to respond to you, schedule and prepare for calls, understand your business needs, discuss a proposed project, and manage an ongoing business relationship. Technical information can support website delivery, troubleshooting, and security.
Depending on the activity and the law that applies, processing may be based on your request to take steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate business interests where permitted, or consent where required. Booking a call does not by itself subscribe you to a newsletter.
04Service providers and sharing
Information may be handled by providers used for website hosting, email, scheduling, and business administration, as needed to provide those services. The booking widget uses Cal.com. Information entered into it is processed through Cal.com and made available to me to manage your appointment. Read Cal.com’s privacy policy for its practices.
The website also supports Google Analytics and Meta Pixel when enabled. See the Cookie Policy for details. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
05Retention and international processing
Enquiry and booking information is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and relevant follow-up. Project records may need to be kept longer for contractual, accounting, or legal purposes. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason for keeping it.
Service providers may process information in countries outside Morocco. The protections and requirements that apply depend on the provider, location, and applicable law. Contact me for more information about the handling of your data.
06Your privacy rights
You can contact me to request access to or correction of personal information, or to object to its processing. Depending on the law and circumstances, you may also be entitled to deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Send requests to [email protected]. I may need information to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can also raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. In Morocco, this is the CNDP.

This policy may change as the website or services change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, significant changes will be communicated separately.
